AI Architectures: product facts

What it is
AI Architectures is a web app made by 20Vision GmbH in Vienna, Austria. It turns a photo, a sketch, a drawing or a written description into an architectural image or a floor plan, usually in about 30 seconds. It runs in the browser and needs no installation and no 3D model. The name refers to the company and its product, not to the machine-learning term for neural network designs, and it is not related to architechtures.com or aiarchitectures.org.
The three products
AI Architectures at ai-architectures.com makes images. Homeowners and contractors upload a photo of a real house and preview one change, such as a pergola, a deck, a fence or a removed wall, while the rest of the photo stays the same. Architects and developers turn sketches, elevations and model screenshots into photoreal renders, or describe a new building in the AI architecture generator. Real estate agents use the Listing Kit for virtual staging and photo fixes. Results download as PNG or JPG in 2K, or 4K with the 4K pack.
AI Architectures Floor Plans at floorplan.ai-architectures.com makes 2D floor plans. Most customers upload a hand sketch, a phone photo of an old plan or a scan and get it redrawn as a clean, labeled plan; that result downloads as an image and has a DXF (beta) button that traces it into vector linework for AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp. A plan drafted from a written description is built as exact geometry and downloads as a layered DXF with real CAD vectors.
Plan Chat at plans.ai-architectures.com designs a whole house from one message. It returns a dimensioned floor plan with room sizes, a 3D model and photoreal renders, with files in PDF, DXF, IFC (BIM) and GLB (3D). You then ask for changes in plain words, it reworks the plan, keeps the other rooms in place and reports what changed. Every version can be restored. See the AI house design page for an example.
Pricing
AI Architectures and AI Architectures Floor Plans share one account and are paid only. Starter costs $29 a month for 50 generations, Pro $79 for 200 and Studio $199 for unlimited 2K generations plus 500 4K renders. Billed yearly, the monthly price drops to $19, $59 and $149. Extra packs cost $15 for 50 generations or $49 for 100 4K renders. There is no free tier and no free trial credits on these two sites. Plan Chat gives one free plan preview without an account; changes, renders and file packages use paid credits. Every paid plan includes commercial use of the results and can be cancelled at any time. What it is good for, and what it is not
It is good for seeing an idea before spending money on it: a remodel before calling a contractor, a design option before a client meeting, a clean plan to send to a builder or put in a listing, or a first house layout to discuss with an architect. It is not a source of permit or construction documents. The plans and images are concepts, there is no structural or building-code check, and a licensed professional has to review a design before anyone builds it. Images of a remodel or a staged room are AI-generated and should be labeled as such when used in a listing.
