Listing photo kit, ready for the MLS
Upload a listing’s photos once. Stage empty rooms, remove clutter, brighten dark shots, turn day into twilight. Download one ZIP with the edited photos, copies carrying a visible “AI” label, your untouched originals and a ready-to-paste disclosure.
Drop up to 25 listing photos or
JPG, PNG or WebP up to 20 MB · 100 credits per photo · each original is hosted unchanged with its own link
The kit contains the edited photos, copies with a visible “AI” label, your untouched originals, a hosted link and QR code to each original (ORIGINALS.html) and a disclosure text you can paste into the MLS remarks. AI can make mistakes: check every photo before you publish it, and never use edits to hide defects of the property.
Questions
Do I have to disclose virtually staged photos?
In most markets, yes. Many MLSs require a visible note on altered images, California AB 723 requires disclosure and access to the unaltered originals since January 2026, and the EU AI Act requires AI-generated or AI-altered images to be labeled since August 2026. The kit includes labeled copies, your originals and a disclosure text.
How much does it cost?
Each processed photo uses 100 credits, the same as one image generation on AI Architectures. Plans start at $29 per month.
Will the AI change the room itself?
The prompts tell the model to keep walls, windows, doors, floors and camera angle exactly as photographed. AI can still make mistakes, so check every image before publishing and never use edits to hide defects.
Can I get a floor plan for the listing too?
Yes. Use the AI floor plan studio to turn a sketch, an old plan or a description into a dimensioned floor plan with PDF and DXF downloads.
