How much does AI Architectures cost?⌄
Plans start at $29/month (Starter, 50 generations), $79/month (Pro, 200 generations), and $199/month (Studio, unlimited 2K generations plus 500 4K renders). Annual billing lowers these to $19, $59, and $149 per month respectively — saving up to $600 per year.
What counts as one generation?⌄
Each standard 2K architectural rendering, floor plan, virtual staging image, or photo enhancement counts as one generation. Credits reset at the start of every billing cycle.
Can I buy extra generations without upgrading?⌄
Yes. Top-up packs are available anytime: 50 standard generations for $15, or 100 4K Ultra-HD renderings for $49. The 4K pack rolls over month to month.
Do all plans include commercial usage rights?⌄
Yes. Every plan — including Starter — includes full commercial usage rights. You can use generated renders, floor plans, and staged photos in client presentations, MLS listings, and marketing.
Can I cancel anytime?⌄
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no long-term commitment — you keep access until the end of the billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront at the discounted rate.
Is this ArchiTechtures pricing?⌄
No. These are the prices of AI Architectures (ai-architectures.com, floorplan.ai-architectures.com and Plan Chat), made by 20Vision GmbH in Vienna. ArchiTechtures (architechtures.com) is a different company; see their own site for their pricing.
