One listing, start to finish
A typical listing needs the same handful of fixes: the empty rooms staged, the clutter gone from the lived-in ones, the windows readable, a blue sky on the front exterior and a twilight version for the hero image. Land and acreage listings need the boundary drawn on the drone photo and, often, a picture of what could be built. Each of those is one generation here, with the prompt already written for the job, and every result lands in your private gallery where you can download it with or without a visible AI label.
For a whole listing at once, upload all photos to the Listing Kit: pick stage, declutter, brighten or twilight per photo and download one ZIP with the edits, AI-labeled copies, the untouched originals and a disclosure text for the MLS. The full agent workflow, including listing floor plans, is on AI for real estate agents.
Rules that keep you safe: never use an edit to hide a defect, describe the real view when the AI has to redraw a window, mark lot lines as approximate, and present houses on vacant land as concepts.
FAQ
Which real estate photo edits can I do with AI Architectures?
Virtual staging of empty rooms, furniture removal, decluttering, window glare and flash removal, day to twilight, sky replacement, snow and car removal, vertical line correction, lot lines on drone photos and houses on vacant land. Each tool is a page with the upload and generate widget and a prompt that is already filled in.
What does it cost?
All tools share one plan. Starter is $29/month for 50 generations ($14.50 for the first month), Pro $79/month for 200, Studio $199 for unlimited 2K generations. One photo edit is one generation. No free trial; cancel anytime.
Do I have to disclose AI-edited listing photos?
Usually yes. Many MLSs require a note on altered photos, California AB 723 requires disclosure and access to the originals since January 2026, and the EU AI Act requires labeling of AI-edited images. Downloads can carry a visible AI label, and the Listing Kit adds originals and a disclosure text to the ZIP.
Can I get a floor plan for the listing as well?
Yes, on the same account: the AI floor plan generator turns a sketch, a photo of an old plan or a scan into a clean, labeled floor plan drawing.
