What if I run out of credits?

If you want more credits before your plan renews, you can purchase additional credits through your account dashboard. Basic plan users can also complete quick surveys to earn 25 credits each (with a daily limit). Purchased additional credits expire after 90 days if unused and purchases cannot be refunded. You must have an active subscription to use credits.
