The kit contains the edited photos, copies with a visible “AI” label, your untouched originals, a hosted link and QR code to each original (ORIGINALS.html) and a disclosure text you can paste into the MLS remarks. AI can make mistakes: check every photo before you publish it, and never use edits to hide defects of the property.

AfterHow we checked
We read BoxBrownie's own pages on October 9, 2026 in a fresh browser and copied prices and terms as published. We did not buy a plan or run a listing through it, so the table says nothing about its image quality. Image quality on a straight-on empty room is close between the AI apps; the difference is the listing: what all of it costs, whether the rooms match, and what you can hand your broker for disclosure.

BoxBrownie vs Listing Kit: questions
What is a cheaper alternative to BoxBrownie?
An AI tool on a per-listing price. At BoxBrownie's US prices on October 9, 2026, a 20-photo listing with 6 staged rooms, 13 enhanced photos and 1 day-to-dusk costs $168.80. The Listing Kit does the same 20 photos for $29 once (listing pass) or $11.60 of a $29 Starter month. The trade-off: AI instead of a human editor.
How much does BoxBrownie charge for virtual staging?
$24 a photo in the US (€21 in Europe) on October 9, 2026, with no subscription. 360° staging is $48, image enhancement $1.60, day to dusk $4 and item removal $4 to $8.
Does BoxBrownie give refunds?
Its Refunds & Returns policy says purchases are final and it does not offer refunds; account balances cannot be cashed out. It does make unlimited changes for free if you ask within 2 months of the job.
How long does BoxBrownie take?
Its FAQ guarantees staged photos within 48 hours for projects of 9 images or fewer. The Listing Kit takes about 30–60 seconds a photo.
Is human virtual staging better than AI?
For a luxury listing or an odd room, a human editor makes fewer structural mistakes and can match specific furniture. For an everyday listing photographed straight on, AI is minutes and a fraction of the price; compare every AI result with the original before you publish.
